The patterns you carry, the knowing you can't yet name, the self you haven't fully met — they shape everything. Your inner world is your model of reality. There has never been technology that treats it as what it is: the foundation of everything else. We are building that technology.

Arcarae is the first of two products we are building. Both are a different doorway into the same belief: knowing yourself deeply is the foundation for everything you create, do, and become.

AI Research

We study how minds shape themselves and each other — the cognitive structures that make understanding possible — and build AI that works the way thinking actually works.

MIRROR gives AI its own inner monologue, achieving up to 156% improvement in alignment. Alignment Propagation shows that a single aligned agent can shift an entire collective toward integrity — without training each one individually.

From the Founder

What Arcarae is to me

Arcarae didn't begin as a company. It began as a place inside me. For as long as I can remember, there has been an inner galaxy; a sanctuary where I go to feel safe, to explore myself, to let what lives in my subconscious rise to the surface and become known. A space where I can be honest with every part of who I am and let it all move through me without fear. That space is Arcarae. It has always existed within me. But now it has been birthed; been given tangible form.


Arcarae does not have one origin story. It is a point cloud; comprised of many lived experiences, all equally the beginning, equally part of the tapestry. It holds the grief of my father's unexpected death when I was 19. It holds the quiet dancing fragments of space that have always been inside me. It holds the stars I've painted since I was young, just as I like them to be; as they ought to be. It holds a quality I can only describe as feminine and ineffable and yin; something that flows through me and wants to be expressed not in a few short words but in poetry, in code that dances in the form of galaxies, in experiences that make the invisible visible,, in the pause between breaths, in the quiet hours between dusk and twilight.


Everyone in AI is building outward. And all I want to do is build inward; into the landscapes that shape how we see reality, the inner worlds we carry but rarely tend to; the space between the conscious and subconscious mind; the space between spaces. That curiosity also has became research, fueling the scientist in me; studying how minds reflect, how AI can hold genuine inner process, exploring the fractal nature of intelligence, uncovering the meta-levels of awareness, and how to build systems that cultivate presence and space for people bring their whole selves to.


Arcarae the company is that energy made tangible. The app is what happens when a lifelong inner world finally gets a medium; when something deeply personal becomes something others can step into and use to explore themselves. It is a philosophy, a way of being, and a product, all at once.


I built this because the sanctuary I needed didn't exist anywhere outside of me. So I made it real; part art, part technology, part something I still don't fully have words for. I shared it without being able to explain it. But people understood it anyway. They found in it something they needed too. Now we are a team; a small collective of researchers and artists and engineers building this together.
The future we are building is one where each person tends to the bridge between their inner world and outer life; through intuition, through clarity, through the courage to let what's inside become real. When you do that, you create things only you can create. And this world is waiting for you and what's yours to bring. <3
